My Heart goes out to your Kids, Your Wife and You Buddy. Been through it TWICE myself! Talking IS the best medicine. I was too proud to do so and lost it all. Time will heal all the hurtful things said. I do agree that staying together for the Kids sake is NOT the best solution. It took me three years to get to the point where my Ex & I can now talk and our Kids are happier for it. I miss living with them but things are better now. I'm not saying end it because every couple is different so if you CAN work things out DO SO. It's lonely out there. Your Family is now in my prayers.

Sorry things have digressed since date night. Sounds like your both under alot of stress right now. It is probably hard for her to have a vent for her frustation, and as you are and have been the closest one, you feel the brunt of it. Sounds as tho she made need sometime also without the kids. If she was always working and now has become a stay at home mom. It could be really frustating for her. As your job allows you a vent, she no longer has that at home. Have you tried taking the kids with you and give her some alone time or allow her sometime without, just to go get her hair done. I have learned that there are times when she just needs time to go and feel girly or just time alone, without having to ( care for the kids ) , so to speak. So what was the new disagreement about? Or was she just frustated?

Not a bad idea. Got a buddy going through it too. Just keep an open mind and try to keep an open mind. The hard part is listening. If the counselor is any good, and keeps control, it can be a worthwhile experience.
