Does anyone have a source or a part number for a grommet that can be used to close the hole in the firewall around the brake pedal rod?
I just converted to power brakes and the booster boot doesn't close off the firewall like manual master cylinder's did.
I have a 1970.

Unfortunately, nobody's re-man's this part for our trucks. About your only option is a junk yard or improvise something yourself. In case you're not sure, here's what it looks like and how it installs. If you improvise PLEASE post it up so the rest of us will have an idea on what to do about ours.

I welded a steel tube into my booster bracket and made a cork gasket to go between the bracket and the firewall. It is completely sealed off from the engine compartment. I think I have still that plastic tube somewhere.
