Going Sunday to look at a 2008 F-150 2X4 extended cab truck with 69,000 miles and after market wheels. $8,000. The pictures are a bit far away so I can't make out the engine size in the fender badge. Waiting to hear back if it has the 4.2 V6 or the 4.6 V8. I'm seriously considering letting my 2014 Mustang GT go and get this truck, seeing as it is much easier for my old tired legs to get down out of a truck rather than to get up out of a car.
After pricing new trucks, this seems like a decent deal. What do you guys think?

It ended up being the 4.2 V6. Not exactly a deal breaker, but makes it less appealing. We shall see come sunday

I had the 4.2 in a 2006 with a 5 speed manual. Took it over 150,000 miles before I sold it, never had any trouble with the motor.
